Staff Appreciation Pun Gifts with FREE PRINTABLES

Whether it’s the end of the year, Thanksgiving, or paraprofessional appreciation day, you’ll want to show your paraprofessionals how much you appreciate them! A little gift can go a long way! If you have upwards of 10 or more aides in your classroom or staff members you want to give gifts to, it can easily become very costly to give gifts to your team. I’ve done some searching around and found some cute and punny appreciation gift ideas. So all you have to spend money on are the inexpensive gifts that are attached to the puns. Most of the gift ideas below are very cheap and you could do several of them and still keep your costs down!

cute idea is to do a “# Days of Appreciation” (however many days of small gifts you want to give). For example, day one you give the “extra” gum gift, day two you give the “you’re the bomb” bath bombs gift, day three you give the “you’re tea-riffic” gift…and so on.

, I combined a bunch of the gifts into one big end of year gift! I spent about $20 total per person with this gift. Most of the items came from Walmart or the Dollar Tree. I actually spent a good chunk of the budget on the stainless steel water bottles which can easily be replaced by $1 cups from the Dollar Tree. They always have cute seasonal cups or tumblers.

If you like any of the ideas below, you can pin the idea for later, or you can click on them to get a tutorial on how to make each gift. The best part is every one of these ideas comes with a FREE PRINTABLE! Enjoy!!

This isn’t necessarily a gift, but you can easily make it into a gift by adding this as a tag to a gift, or adding a gift card. I love this idea because it is extremely important to let your paraprofessionals know you appreciate them, and why! Staff need positive praise as well, not just students!

You’re The Bomb

Donut Know What I’d Do

These are mean’t as Valentine’s day cards, but I spotted a few of them that can be applicable toward paraprofessionals any time of the year to show your appreciation! You can also print the tag out larger and attach it to a Donut box rather than doing individual donut packages.

Product Reviews

from special educators

Theresa S.

This resource has been extremely beneficial. I teach students with moderate to severe disabilities who are on a certificate of completion for high school. This resource was helpful in establishing a routine for my students. Students remained engaged and enjoyed many of the activities. The consistency of the warm-ups allow for me to introduce students to working together appropriately and seeking help and support from peers not just teachers. The differentiated levels help save time and support students varying levels. Students remain engaged and it quickly hits on different life skills reviews.
Life Skills Daily Warm Up Worksheets BUNDLE

I love everything about this resource. There are enough activities to last a year. The lectures and digital activities are my favorite with the real photographs. My students are learning and there seems to be enless materials in this bundle. I also love the creative CBI (community based instruction) ideas that go beyond the typical scavenger hunt.

Adulting Made Easy makes the absolute perfect resources for my Life Skills students who are about to graduate. Her resources teach practical skills that they will use in their lives and they don't view as being too immature for them (which is common in sped). Thank you so much for creating these resources!

As a teacher new to the role in vocational education, Adulting Made Easy's vocational products work great! It was an easy way for my students to understand various aspects of job searches and employment.   The vocational units saved me a ton of time by not having to create items on my own.

This was awesome to use with both my at-home learners and my in-person learners. I could use specific ones with our weekly theme during my vocational skills class. It was especially great at keeping my at-home kids engaged when I wasn't there to watch them.

My students love using this resource for their morning work. I have many non writing students, so being able to engage in a lesson with them using drag and drop and visual icons is the reason this have become one of my favorite resources this year.
