Ideas for use:
- Print out and fill out before or after a community outing.
- Upload onto a Smartboard, go over what the class did together, then have each student fill out their own reflection on a piece of paper.
- Dotted lines are for writing sentences or to expand on each area.
★★ Always make sure to first check with your school/district policy on using Google Forms and identifying student information (such as their name). The forms are editable so you can easily delete the question that asks for a student name & make enough copies for each student without them having to identify their name, or assign student #s or codes instead of a name.
